Policies

• Cancellation Policy:
• *All cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance of the appointment for a 75% refund.
• *All of our rides are 25% non-refundable to cover all admin costs. After this period you will be locked into the reservation and cancellations made will not be eligible for a refund.
• *This cancellation policy applies even if you cancel immediately after booking. We recommend double-checking that your group can attend the ride before booking.  . 
  
  
• Weather: We ride rain or shine! If it does rain, we will provide rain slickers to keep you dry. If we deem the weather too dangerous for a ride, you will be given a full refund or you are more than welcome to re-schedule. 
  
  Information about your ride:
  
• Ranch Ride you are required to wear a helmet. Helmets are provided. Canyon Lake ride helmets are optional and are provided if needed. 
  
  
• There are weight and age restrictions for both of our rides. We do, however, take into account your riding experience with these restrictions. 
  
  
• We do not allow, for safety reasons, double riding. Only one rider per horse. 
  
  
• You must wear long pants and closed toed shoes or boots to ride. 
  
  
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your ride.
  
  
• Wranglers work for tips. If you enjoyed your ride, please thank your wrangler by tipping them, it is much appreciated!
